For this sample it looks like you do have to be a Costco Member so get your id handy. However alot of the samples that Costco has you don’t have to be a member to receive the free sample.

I just love shopping at Costco. However I have noticed every year when I renew it if you skip a few days or weeks before you renew the Costco Membership you are still charged for the time inbetween that you didn’t shop. I have to admit I did feel alittle cheated when I noticed it. So now I am happy to allert all the Costco Shoppers that no one will be cheated anymore when they renew there Costco Membership.
