My Pubix Deals – 5/11/10

I did such a great job shopping at Publix today. I spent 76.46 and I saved 146.27! It was a great week to do some stocking up on General Mills cereal. We were really low on cereal. Also the at Publix in the coupon booklet by the door at Publix there is buy one get one free Kid Cuisine Coupons. I only buy these dinners once in a while however my children just love them.

My Pubix Deals – 4/21/10

I did such a great job shopping at Publix today. I spent 13.78 and I saved 69.27! I didn’t buy as much tonight as normal however Jonathan really wanted me to go … he was out of peanut butter and it was on sale at Publix! So off we went! He had the coupons in his hand! I also used the 5.00 off coupon I received in the mail! Did you get one too?

I was checking my email today as always and often I get questions from readers. Speaking of which I love my emails so keep them coming. However I have decided to start once in a while when I think others might have the same question posting it online in hopes that is will help other readers too. So today one reader asks….

Why would you buy several copies of the newspaper? Don’t the coupons generally state “one coupon per customer, per visit”? Also, I wouldn’t think they would be valid for a lengthy time period…am I wrong?

Well I am going to use the Publix Sale for an example. I shop there usually weekly and take advantage of the buy one get one free sale. I always match up coupons with the sales. I recommend you to buy the Sunday newspaper in multiples of twos so you always have coupon for the second item incase there is a buy one get one free sale. So here is how it would work.

Let’s say General Mills Cereal is on sale for 4.00 a box. Buy one get one free. You would buy 2 boxes. Your price would be 4.00 for the 1st box the 2nd box would be free due to the Publix sale. Next you would use your coupons combined with the sale prices you would need two coupons. That’s when you would look in your coupon box and get out two General Mills Cereal Coupons. Lets say your coupons are for 1.00 off each box that would be a total of 2.00 saved from the coupons. Making your total price for the General Mills Cereal 2.00. Only 1.00 a box when it was all said and done.

The coupons do not usually state one coupon per customer per visit…. they might say one coupon per item unless you had to buy two items to get the savings.

Yes… sometimes I do throw coupons out because I didn’t use them in time however I save so much more by using coupons.

Have you tried the New Bob Evans Macaroni Dinners or Mashed Potatoes?

If not I would encourage you to do so!

They are so Great! Let me tell you how easy to fix they are! All you have to do is put them in the microwave oven and heat them and in less than 5 minutes they are done and ready for your family to enjoy! My family loves both of them! Best of all they are both on sale at Publix right now buy one get one free! You can find them in the meat dept in the dairy case (not frozen)!

We are having this for dinner tonight so our pictures are coming later tonight!

Publix: Cheap or Free Coffee-Mate Coffee Creamer at Publix

Cheap Coffee Mate at Publix

Coffee-Mate coffee creamer is only .99 right now at Publix!

There is a .50 coupon that can be found in the Red Plum coupon insert.

That would make the creamer only .49!

Then there is a printable coupon for 1.50 off of 2.

That would then make it only .25 each when you buy 2!

It’s been reported that some are getting a 1.00 off coupon as well however I recieved 1.50 off of 2. Either way its still a great deal!

Even if you don’t drink coffee I have used the flavored Coffee-Mates in Smoothies and Milk Shakes or to just flavor milk for my children. They loved it!
